Tassili Airlines is an IOSA certified passenger airline based at the Houari Boumedienne Airport, Algiers, Algeria. The airline commenced operations in 1998 as a joint venture between Sonatrach Petroleum Corporation and national carrier Air Algerie. Sonatrach, which is a government-owned company, acquired the 100% of the shareholding in 2005. Tassili Airlines offers scheduled service to Constantine, Oran and Ghardaïa as well as charter flights on behalf of the Algerian oil industry.
